Facial's in the mobile sector

Hi Everyone

Facial skincare is starting to be a priority amongst my piers as we are all in our 30's now and are frightened about the rate at which age is starting to show on our faces. As a professional I know that you need to start a skincare routine at the very least in your early twenties. My daughter is 14 and is wearing make up so cleanses twice daily, she loves a mask once per week and has a light hydrating moisturiser that she uses after cleansing. This is enough to keep those pores clear but not so much that it strips her skin. My daughter is lucky in the respect that she has a professional in the house to guide her but how do we reach out to those that dont have such a resource close to them.

I see so many teens saying I've tried everything but my skin still breaks out, or it works for a while then my skin breaks out. Now lets be truthful 9 times out of 10 these girls are not being honest about how they take care of thier skin using make up wipes or nothing at all to take off thier makeup or they are using cleansers that strip the skin of its natural oils therefor making the problem worse. Enter a facialist to give them the professional advice they deserve.

Ladies in thier 30's or 40's are stressed about skincare, age is setting in and excusses are racking up quickly as to why they do nothing with thier skin. Time is a big issue amonst working women and mothers or both working mothers as we are the ones that feel strapped for time and cash. A mobile therapist is the best option for them but I really believe that there is a stigma attatched to a mobile therapist not being a professional and visiting a salon is too expensive so they continue doing nothing.

Older ladies part with thier cash a lot more readily when it comes to looking after thier skin, they have time to take care of themselves and after having gone through the other stages they know that quality skincare is worth its weight in gold. These ladies would still rather lavish themselves in a salon enviroment over a moblile therapist that will visit them in the comfort of thier home, in thier defence they are probably thinking they don't know how much longer they are going to be able to get about so while they can the luxury of a salon is the way forward, and why not !!

The target demorgraphic for a good results driven facial at home to fit around you is those beautiful ladies in thier 30's  and 40's. But how do we catch thier attention ? What will make them take the plunge ? How do we market to that busy lady ? I'm Totally stumped for ideas, I know I'm good at what I do but trying to convince the cynic of today that  the results far out weigh the cost is another story. Still I am not one to give up I adore all things skincare and will be on the cause for the rest of my days as a therapist thats one thing I do know.
