I get a lot of clients through my doors wanting manicures. Most of them say to me I don't want anything to bright, they go through the colour options and eventually choose the brightest pink or coral they can find, go figure. They also say things like 'well I want it to match my clothes' yet still choose the brightest colour they can find.
Call me strange but why not go for a french manicure ? surely that makes much more sense, a beautiful set of nails with a french polish look clean, chic, healthy, match everything and you can jazz them up with glitter, crystals or a touch of art without taking away from the natural beauty that is a french polish.
I decided to do myself a french polish this week, I thought that a nice bit of sparkle on the ring finger just to add a little twist would be a lovely touch, well I got a little bit carried away with the glitter and ended up with it on every nail. I am now totally distracted by my shiny, healthy looking sparkly nails and what a fab twist to a clasic look. Perfect for this time of year, when the sun shines it catches the glitter and just looks beautiful.
Next time you get an indecisive client wanting thier nails done try a french polish with a twist and I bet they love it.
